Real wood...but better! Parklex Prodema is an expert in resin encapsulation - a process where real wood veneers are laminated with a phenolic backer. A technology that was perfected for exterior use, Parklex Prodema Interiors expanded on this idea to offer a prefinished wood material that is as beautiful as it is durable.

Engineered for high traffic, commercial applications, these products require virtually no maintenance. With 17+ wood species available in formats for floor, wall, ceiling and acoustic applications, the designer can maintain continuity in species and finish across a variety of applications.

01. Parklex Prodema Technology

Parklex Prodema’s resin encapsulation process uses heat and pressure to infuse the wood veneer with phenolic resins, imparting the density and durability of the phenolic backer onto the wood veneer.

The top side of the veneer is enveloped by a specially engineered top layer for resistance to staining, water, abrasion and UV fade.

The result is a fully integral, prefinished wood veneer that is durable enough for high traffic, commercial use areas, and requires little to no maintenance.

NaturFloor Wood Flooring

NaturFloor is the next generation of engineered wood. By using the resin encapsulation technology to create a real wood HPL wear layer, we have created the best in class wood flooring for abrasion wear, impact resistance, UV fading resistance, and even a watertight certification! NaturFloor also has improved dimensional stability with its unique composition.
{Woodskin}+{9-layer marine grade birch ply core}+{HPL backer}.

Ideal for both commercial and high end residential, NaturFloor is perfect for hospitality, multifamily amenity space, workplace, institutional and museum applications.

NaturPanel Wall & Ceilings

Very similar to the NaturFloor flooring composition, NaturPanel is an economical and durable alternative to custom millworking. It can be provided in a 4x8 panel (variety of thicknesses) or machined with tongue and groove profiles for a feature wall or ceiling with no open joints.

NaturHardPanel Walls & Ceilings

NaturHardPanel uses the same phenolic core as our exterior Parklex Prodema NaturClad range. This format has a Class A fire rating, and can be used in areas with direct contact to water.

NaturHardPanel is the perfect wood material for areas like corridors where a product with high impact resistance and cleanability is called for.

This format is also ideal for high humidity conditions such as swimming pools, natatoriums and
bathrooms.

Both NaturHardPanel andNaturPanel formats can be produced with acoustic perforations in a variety of slot or dot patterns.

Wood Species

Choose from one of over 17 species. Each species if available in all formats.

Finish Options

Choose between three finishes:
- Textured Matt shows unique grain and texture of the wood with a very matt finish.
- Smooth provides a subtle sheen.
- Textured Gloss offers the same subtle sheen as the smooth finish, but with the wood grain texture.

Anti-microbial Finish

While Parklex Prodema products are inherently antimicrobial due to their density, we offer an integral Anti Bacterial and Anti Fungal Finish as an option to help kill surface microbes.
